By applying for Membership on Surfs Up Network, you agree to the following Conditions of Use and Personal Conduct in Surfs Up Network. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Surfs Up Network provides a social networking platform for individuals and business professionals who are interested in networking in the areas of: online selling, marketing and Traffic Exchange industries.
Each Surfs Up Network Member application is reviewed for approval or denial by a Surfs Up Network Administrator. No one is allowed general access to the Surfs Up Network until their application is approved.
Posting on Surfs Up Network is limited to the use of the English language only.
We accept Members from: the United States of America, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and various other Countries as approved by the Surfs Up Network Administration.
We wish for your participation in Surfs Up Network to be fun, productive and pleasant and we will take all steps necessary to protect our Members and your Site experience.
We encourage Surfs Up Network Members to list their businesses and participate in all Network activities.
Posting to the Surfs Up Network is limited to items that are unoffensive to the Public in General and other Surfs Up Network Members.
We do not allow posts that express: hatred, racism, religious or non-religious views, politics, gender or sexist connotations, cursing, vulgarity, nor personal discrimination. Any post that is found to be offensive to the general Public or any Member of Surfs Up Network will be removed immediately by Surfs Up Administration at their sole discretion, with or without notice to the posting Member before removal. The offending posting Member will be notified that their post was removed for violation of Surfs Up Network Rules of Conduct. A 2nd violation will result in the posting Member's account removal and deletion of all their content from the Surfs Up Network Website.
No spamming is allowed in any area of the Surfs Up Network site including, but not limited to: any Network Activity Feed, Forum posting, Polls, Events, unwanted email solicitations or Site Messages or any action that is offensive or constitutes abuse of this Site as determined by the Surfs Up Network Administration. Repeated posting of the same information is considered Spam. We have specific areas where events and announcements can be posted. If you are reported to the Surfs Up Network Administration for abuse of the Network's activity feed or unsolicited email or site messages, you will be asked to cease this activity. A 2nd report of Abuse will result in your Surfs Up Network account being deleted and you will be banned from further use of this Network Site.
Personal or Professional attacks or disagreements between Surfs Up Network Members will not be allowed to be aired through use of the Surfs Up Network site.
These Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct may be changed at any time by the Surfs Up Network Administration with or without notice to the Surfs Up Network Members.
